Ankur Bansal’s story within Vidya is intricately woven with the company's evolution. Following his graduation from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) in 2003, he joined Vidya during its successful run in the steel industry. Around 2004, a confluence of factors triggered a strategic shift. Ankur began advocating for a bold move – transitioning Vidya from steel to packaging. This pivotal decision wasn't without its challenges. Steel was Viyda's legacy, and transitioning to an entirely new domain required a calculated approach. Ankur, however, wasn't deterred.
He fostered a culture of innovation within Vidya, encouraging his team to explore unconventional ideas and embrace experimentation. His belief in fostering talent and empowering them to find creative solutions became a cornerstone of Vidya's success. Ankur Bansal's vision has transformed Vidya from a leading steel manufacturer to a frontrunner in the sustainable packaging solutions sector. He continues to guide the company towards even greater heights.
